This was a complete development of a vacant site into a new Taco Bell restaurant in Mayfield, Kentucky. RMA was the lead consultant on this project, as the project engineer, performed all civil design including site layout, grading, utility design, stormwater management, and permitting through both local jurisdictions and the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet.
