Currently the Chief Executive Officer of RMA, Randy Miller earned degrees from Indiana University and Marion College and currently is licensed as a Professional Land Surveyor in both Indiana and Ohio.
Over his career, he has consistently been involved with the community, from serving on the Indiana State Board of Registration for Professional Land Surveyors as the Liaison to the Attorney General’s Office to founding the Wabash Valley Chapter of Indiana Society of Professional Land Surveyors. He is currently a member of the Indiana Society of Professional Land Surveyors as well as the American Congress on Surveying and Mapping, Ohio Society of Professional Land Surveyors, and the National Society of Professional Land Surveyors. He has twice received the Distinguished Professional Land Surveyor award and has been appointed to Emeritus status by Indiana Governor Mitch Daniels on the Indiana State Board of Registration for Professional Land Surveyors.
Mr. Miller has experience in a broad range of land surveying projects including boundary surveys, route surveys, ALTA/ACSM Land Title surveys, utility surveys, industrial surveys, site developments, planned unit developments, horizontal property regimes (condominiums), elevation certificates and LOMAs, construction layout, and work involving regulated drains. Mr. Miller has testified as an expert witness in many cases and presents educational seminars to land surveyors, engineers, attorneys, title companies, lenders, realtors, and more for over 30 years.
